At Demon United, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the ultimate protection on the slopes or trails. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Gear

  Pack your items securely in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
